November 2015 Favourites: My Most Played

It’s already December and I’m entering the Christmas mood. I have been so busy with work stuff this last month that I didn’t enjoy my ‘makeup time’ like I usually do. Hence my November 2015 Favourites and my Most Played products (GoldenVi0let™) aren’t too creative since I’ve been wearing the same makeup routine for the entire month. This last couple of weeks stress was killing me. Anyway right now I’m ready to start everything again full of enthusiasm and energies.

Are you ready to discover my November 2015 Favourites and my Most Played makeup stuff?

What about yours?

My research for a flawless complexion is still going on in order to find new combinations. These days my favourite golden couple is all by MAC Cosmetics. I’m talking about the new exciting Studio Waterweight SPF30 Foundation paired with MAC 139SE Duo Fiber Tapered Face Brush, from Haute Dogs collection. I don’t know if this brush is a limited edition but I think you can still find it at your local store. If you like flawless, natural result this brush is heaven. Studio Waterweight Foundation is simply perfection. I like it even more than my long-time love Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk and Maestro. My pale skin matches NW15.

Since this base is really lightweight and natural looking, I love using Laura Mercier Secret Camouflage concealer in n°2 to conceal all my imperfections. The base makeup is set with my amazing NARS Light Reflecting Pressed Setting Powder. It’s nothing like any other invisible powders I’ve tried before. It doesn’t change my base, it enhance natural radiance without adding sparkles and set my makeup all day long.

As for blush, I enjoyed another old but gold NARS product: powder blush in Desire. I never found another powder blush as good as NARS ones. They are blendable, with terrific pigmentation and maximum colour payoff. Plus, they last on me a very long time without fading.

My go to eye makeup was simple and easy. I really like the colour of this Kiko Cosmetics Cream Crush Lasting Colour Eyeshadow in n°03 Mogano Chiaro Mat. It is a (very) warm brown with a burgundy undertone and a matte finish. Texture is really lovely, smooth and easy to blend. However it fades and creases after 5 hours without an eye primer. My new favourite brush for cream eyeshadows is MAC 288SE Duo Fiber Eye Shader Brush, another treasure from Haute Dogs. I highly recommend these brushes if you have the chance to still find them!
